This client is a high profile Canberra business requiring an experienced property manager looking to join their very successful team. This organisation has multiple residential and commercial properties in the ACT.
Description
- Managing residential property portfolios
- Carrying out routine Inspections
- Liaising with repairs and maintenance
- Monitor and manage code operating expenses and financial budgets
Profile
The successful applicant needs to have extensive property management experience in residential or commercial level. You are required to have a tertiary qualification related to property management, facility management or real estate. The successful applicant needs to be a team player and self-starter with excellent communication skills.
