Our client have a proven track record over the past 20 years in providing quality developments to suit a variety of target markets. Located in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne our client is a private property developer specialising in house and land and townhouse builds. Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking to add a Sales Associate to the team, this opportunity would suit candidates with previous experience in property, ideally investment/real estate off the plan sales.
  
The role:  

• Nurturing leads to convert them to appointments of sales
• Sales administration and supporting sales manager
• Conduct inspections and work from display home
• Meeting and building relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Follow through with property acquisition leads

The ideal candidate:

• Has a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration, driver's license and a reliable vehicle
• Exposure to Real Estate, New Home Sales or Property in general
• Immaculately presented and well groomed
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Possess a strong work ethic while whilst working towards targets
• Willing to travel and work flexible hours
• Display a passion for property and real interest in investment
