Our client is a leading Industrial & Commercial agency located in Sydney's booming South West . They are a well established business and led by a principal who has a sensational reputation in the industry and who is very well connected. 

Due to continued growth our client is looking for an experienced commercial agent to join their team. The duties of this role will be nothing new for you, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, owners and tenants as well as continuously sourcing new business through building your strategic networks. 

As the Commercial Sales & Leasing agent, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Prospecting - Phone and face to face
• Qualifying buyer and tenant enquiries
• Focusing on the CBD fringe
• Inspection of properties
• Adding to an existing database

To be considered for this role of Commercial Sales & Leasing Agent you are required to have the following:

• Proven prior experience in a similar role
• Current Drivers license and reliable car
• Current certificate of registration or real estate license
• Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed
