We are looking for a highly organised, enthusiastic and experienced Property Manger to join with us and manage our property portfolio. This portfolio has been very well maintained and will be a breeze to step in to.
You must have at least 2-3 years of experience and a desire to learn and grow within Real Estate. You MUST have a Real Estate Agents’ Representative Certificate and your own car.
Access to the best resources in the industry will be provided as an opportunity to develop leads and generate new listings.
Team members will be awarded an attractive package based on their experience.
Responsibilities include:
•Maintaining properties, routine inspections and managing urgent repairs
•Liaising with landlords, tenants and trades people
•Rental receipting / Trust accounting
•Business development
•Property advertisements
•Conducting Open for inspections & applicant screening
•Leasing and Condition reports
•Tribunal preparation & attendance
•General office routines and maintenance
The ideal applicant will have:
•Agents’ Representative certificate & police clearance check
•Minimum of two years Property Management experience
•Current driver's license & own car
•Outstanding communication & organisational skills
•Knowledge of trust accounting / VCAT procedures
•Positive ‘can do’ attitude
