About the Role
A newly created role based on expansion, we are looking for an experienced Trust Accountant to support our external trust services business. We manage trust accounts remotely from our office in Neutral Bay for offices across the country.

The role will be primarily managing trust accounts for our outsourced clients, however opportunity exists to support the establishment of new trust systems, reconciling problematic accounts, training, and process development.  With a growing business we require multiple new team members over the coming months and are in the position of developing roles to suit the great people we find.

Training in alternative trust accounting programs will be available for the right candidate to diversify their existing package knowledge. We do offer services across a range of software, including sales and property management.   

You'll have no contact with Landlords / Tenants / Vendors / Purchasers, instead you will liaise with one point of contact at the clients office to get the job done with minimal fuss. In our business end of month happens with ease.
 
About You
You will have an friendly personality, and enjoy coming to work with strong attention to detail and a strong adherence to systems.
You will have had previous Real Estate Trust Accounting experience and patience to understand that our clients don't have the same knowledge as us and we are here to help .
