A bit about our Client:

Our Client is a small to medium sized Real Estate group located in the North-West suburbs of Sydney. With multiple agency awards for Sales, customer service, community assistance and recognition for helping the needed as well as their impeccable Property Management team, they strive to exceed further expectations of the local Property Market.

A new position has been created for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join this dynamic yet fun team to assist with a small portfolio.


The position:
  
The position is structured that the Senior Property Manager is dealing directly with the Landlords (Clients) maintaining those relationships through the business whilst working with them collaboratively to ensure their properties are in the best possible condition when occupied.


Predominately, your areas within the portfolio will be focused on:

• Hornsby 
• Berowra
• Wahroonga
• Waitara
• Thornleigh
• Normanhurst
• North Wahroonga

And all surrounding suburbs.


Your duties within the role will include, but not limited to:

• Management of 213 properties with assistance
• Advertising available properties
• Relationship Management
• Highly professional and presentable
• Procure new tenants and develop strong relationships
• Conduct comprehensive 3-4 monthly routine inspections
• Organise repairs and maintenance jobs
• Take actions against the tenant for arrears
• Maintain regular and close contact with the owners and tenants
• Be available to work Saturdays when required to conduct open homes
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of the residential tenancy act

Your skills:

• Minimum of one years' experience in Senior Property Management
• Complete understanding of the Residential Tenancy Act
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships
• Administrative skills 
• Effective relationship management
