Due to growth, expansion and an internal promotion, we are now seeking the services of a Recruitment Assistant to join our team and support the number 1 Consultant in the agency. 
  
This role will see you sourcing the crème de la crème of Real Estate professionals for our existing clients.

Your key duties will include:
  
• Interviewing & Reference Checking Candidates
• Writing Job Ads
• Proactive Sourcing of New Candidates
• Liaising with Colleagues on Positions we are Recruiting for
• Assisting Consultants in Taking Job Briefs

To be considered for this role you will ideally have:
  
• Previous Experience in Real Estate or a Customer Service Related Field
• A Positive Attitude with the Desire to Achieve Success in your Career
• The Ability to Build Strong Relationships with Clients & Candidates
• A Bright & Outgoing Personality who Enjoys Having Fun at Work
