Thelem Consulting has an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager / Project Director (Client side) to deliver a major commercial building refurbishment and fitout project in the Melbourne CBD, and to grow our business in Victoria.

The Role:
This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for:
- Leading multiple projects
- Client engagement and developing client relationships
- Managing a team of clients, partners, consultants and contractors
- Mentoring project professionals
- Business development, and developing a profile for the business in Victoria
The right candidate will have:
- Successful track record in the delivery of complex projects in Melbourne for Tier 1 developers and asset owners
- Tertiary qualifications in Building, Property Economics, Engineering or Architecture
- Minimum of 20 years of experience working as a Project Manager for a Consultancy, Developer or Builder
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to engage a diverse range of stakeholders and to develop long term relationships
- Drive, energy and a personable nature
- An eagerness to be actively involved in having ownership in a growing business
- Preference will be given to candidates with extensive business relationships in Melbourne
