Large Facilities Provider Looking for a facilities admin on one of their key accounts.
Your new company
A large multinational professional services company that specializing in the auditing of the financial industry are looking for a highly professional catering supervisor.
Your new role
Your role will encompass some facilities responsibility from over seeing front and back of house. In addition to that you will also be tasked with the facilitation of seamless services across facilities, reception and audio visual services. You will be required to operate a switch board so experience in this will be required.
What you'll need to succeed
- A can do attitude
- Excellent telephone manner
- Experience in a corporate reception or concierge role
- Exposure to a switch board and how to operate it seamlessly
- A police check or willing to obtain one is necessary
- Facilities experience will be preferred.
