Our client is a leading agency with a dynamic edge! This is a team of highly trained and experienced local experts that are provided with ongoing training and state-of-the-art computer systems. Currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join a high performing Property Management Division, this is a team with plenty of support, structure and systems
  
The Role:
Monday – Friday, we are seeking someone to assist managing and servicing a clean, neat, tidy and local portfolio all based in close proximity of the office.

• Assist with a well maintained portfolio 
• Maintaining relationships with tenants and landlords
• Conducting repairs and maintenances
• Rental arrears management
• Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
• Prepare claims for rental bonds and attend CTTT hearings when required
• NO accounts and NO Leasing

The Candidate:

• Previous Real Estate Experience
• A current certificate of Registration & driver’s license
• High level of professionalism
• Commitment to superior customer service
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• High level of customer service and excellent rapport building skills

The Benefits:
