About the business and the role
Lauders Real Estate Group is a well established and highly respected sales and marketing company for Residential Land projects across Melbourne.
Job tasks and responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and well presented individual to work on a residential land project, in the North of Melbourne. Responsibilities will be as follows:
- Developing relationships with clients
- Achieving sales targets
- Managing and qualifying new enquiries
- Maintaining an intimate knowledge of current stock
Skills and experience
Successful candidates will have completed an Agents Representatives course, have their own vehicle and will be rewarded with a large amount of autonomy, outstanding earning potential and the opportunity to work in a very successful, fun and vibrant environment. Previous residential land sales experience is preferred but not essential.
