Our Client
Our client is a well known government organisation who operate across a diverse range of asset classes and have a large pipeline of development opportunities. With their current team at capacity this group are looking to secure a Development Manager to join their team and work on Major Urban Renewal Projects.
   
 
The Role
This is a hands-on role as Development Manager where you will work across the full development lifecylce from front-end feasibility and brief development stage before securing commercial partners and overseeing a JV agreement through to completion. You will partner closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders and will ensure all parties are fully engaged throughout the process. 
  

About You
This role will suit a proven Development Professional who likes to be hands-on and can demonstrate a solid track record working in the Australian Property market.  Experience across a diverse range of assets will be held in high regard as well as working on large scale projects with complex stakeholder groups. Working with diverse stakeholder groups it is essential that you have excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to influence outcomes throughout a project.
