The Role
English/Mandarin speaking individual to join our busy team in the role of Property officer / Leasing Consultant in Rhodes office.
Working closely with a team of Property Managers with their portfolios.
Duties include (but not limited to):
- Carrying out open inspections & leasing
- Preparing lease documents, processing tenancy applications
- Conducting lease renewals, rent reviews, ingoings, routine and final inspections.
- Repairs and maintenance
- Assisting with marketing/advertising
The Candidate:
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- AU Citizen or PR
- Proficient computer skills and experience in property management will be advantageous
- Preferably a second language(Mandarin/Korean)
