The Role
Provide property management services and support by:
- Building and maintaining client relationships;
- Focussing on expansion of the business;
- Conducting Exit & Entry Condition Reports and Routine Inspections;
- Maintenance Requests;
- Communication with landlords and tenants;
- Preparation of necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenants;
- End to end property management.
The Person
- Certificate of Registration and experience as a Property Manager;
- Understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation;
- Knowledge of REST software;
- Current driver’s license;
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Team player who is enthusiastic, energetic, flexible and highly organised.
