This is an opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join one of Melbourne’s award winning agencies, with over 45 years’ experience combined between them in the Hume Council Area. This team now growing, they are looking to find the right candidate to join their tier 1 agency!
  
The Role:
Managing a well-maintained portfolio with plenty of support and training to structure your career to the best, Monday – Friday 9am-5:30pm, minimal Saturday’s. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio in a tidy condition. 
Your duties will include but not limited to:

• Managing a clean portfolio of 160 properties
• Manage and Conduct routine inspections
• Handling Rent Reviews
• Communicating effectively with landlords
• Ensure Repairs & Maintenance are completed

The Candidate:

• Previous Property Management experience
• Use of Property Tree – latest software, preferred but not essential
• Must be experienced with VCAT
• A current certificate of Registration & driver's licence
• High level of professionalism
• Commitment to superior customer service
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

• $60,000 - $65,000 + Super
