Located on West Terrace in the City, our management portfolio stretches across all sides (N, S, E, W) of the city.
The Role:
• Progressive office with long standing staff
• Manage an established portfolio (120 properties)
• Use Rest property management accounting system
• Co-ordinate and conduct all inspections and rental openings
• Integrated into a Team Leader Role
Requirements:
• Confidence with technology or willing to learn
• Strong prioritising, attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Knowledge of Rest and Trust Management essential
• Experience in tenant management, bonds and letting management
• Must have at least 3 - 5 Years experience in Property Management
• Must have a current Drivers Licence
