Our client is one of the recent success stories in the Melbourne property development space. This company has been on a steep growth trajectory since its foundation, and is now a fully vertically integrated property development, lending and funds management conglomerate. 

Due to significant growth, they are currently on the lookout for an ambitious accountant who is looking to take their next step in their career. 

Responsibilities of the role include; 

• Preparing monthly reporting pack which includes balance sheet reconciliation, profit and loss analysis and variance commentaries
• Preparing outgoing reconciliations 
• Preparing IFRS Calculation
• Preparing Amortisation schedules
• Preparing Fund Requests
• Assisting with annual budgets and forecasts 
• Managing relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
• Adhering to client requests within designated time frames
• Dealing with incoming queries and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure that client's expectations are exceeded
• Providing assistance to the client with scheduled audits
• Providing support with project work.

 To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

• Recent completion of CPA or CA qualifications or progress towards completion
• Experience with listed entities would be advantageous
• Prior experience within the property and construction industry would be looked upon favourably
• Time management and organisational skills and an ability to operate with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong data analysis and Power BI skills would be highly advantageous.
