A leader in Land Development and Master-planned communities has partnered with Command Recruitment to source and appoint an ADM. Reporting to the Director and Senior Development Manager you will the opportunity to be involved in a range of projects inclusive of residential, retail and commercial. To be successful in this role you will have a tertiary qualification in civil engineering and the experience to match. 

About your new role:

  • Maintain and update project financial model 
  • Preparing due diligence reports for development sites
  • Assist Development Managers in obtaining updated cost forecasts
  • Providing high level analysis and reporting on each project
  • Monitor lot production and stock efficiency
  • Report regularly to line manager on progress, budgets, risks, and opportunities
About you:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering is a must
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Strong feasibility skills
  • Strong financial modelling skills
  • Passion for property and desire to commit to the company long term and build a career
