The Role:
Managing the portfolio portfolio of Apartments ONLY, this is an opportunity for a Property Manager to focus on managing properties all in one spot! On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:

• Managing 250 Properties (all apartments!) with an assistant
• Leasing process
• Liaising with Landlords/owners
• Manage repairs and maintenance issues
• Rental arrears management
• Managing rent increases
• Completion of in-going and outgoing residential premises condition reports
• Other duties as required

  
The Candidate:

• A Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• Previous Real Estate Experience as a Property Manager
• Excellent Customer Service & Communication Skills
• An Excellent Working Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act
• A Positive Attitude & Professional Presentation
