About the Role;
Looking after a portfolio of both residential & commercial! you will be responsible for all aspects of the management, excluding the accounts.
  
Duties/Responsibilities;

• Looking after the repairs and maintenance
• Landlord and tenant liaison
• Arrears management 
• Rental Increases
• Property inspections
• Leasing of the available properties 

Skills/Experience required

• Previous commercial Property Management experience
• Valid Certificate of Registration
• Your own car & license
• High Attention to detail & Organisation skills
• Excellent written & Verbal Communication skills
