Our client is a recognized market leader in developing properties ranging from residential to lifestyle properties throughout central Victoria. and we are currently seeking a Real Estate Employee Level 2 (Representative Level) to join our Doncaster based team.
This is a full time, permanent position and is available for an immediate start (will wait for notice periods as required).
Position Overview:-
This position will involve contacting clients from our company's database with a view to setting up appointments for clients to inspect our vacant land for sale.
In the initial period you will primarily be responsible for making outbound calls and building a genuine rapport with those people that are interested in purchasing a Country property for either lifestyle or investment purposes.
This position goes beyond a typical telemarketing position and allows you to develop a real relationship with the client before their details are provided to a local sales representative.
We are looking for a motivated individual with an excellent phone manner to start their career in a Real Estate / Property Sales capacity.
Your main responsibilities and duties will include:-
- Outbound and inbound calls to existing client contacts to arrange sales appointments
Your experience, skill set and qualifications will include:-
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good computing skills (MS Office Intermediate)
- No property sales experience required

On offer is a modest award rate determined base salary with a high and realistic commission component which will enable an attractive overall salary package, as well as the opportunity to develop your long term career within an established and professional organisation.
