Property Manager (East)

The Company:

Our client is a premium real estate brand located in a rapidly growing pocket in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, and is currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join its established rental department.

The Role:

Manage 300 property rent roll with assistance of a junior Property Manager
Premium properties located across leafy eastern suburbs
Relationship management with existing customer / client base
Handle all maintenance and scheduling
Ad-hoc administrative duties as required
