About the Role
The base of this position requires you to service and maintain your own portfolio whilst assisting with Trust Accounting
Duties
Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Leasing and renewals
- Repairs and maintenance
- Liaising with landlords, contractors and tenants
- Property inspections
- All trust accounting
About You
- Experience in Property Management & Trust
- Agents Representative Certificate, Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
- Console experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills, Mandarin speaking preferred.
