Long standing over 25 years honest friendly family business in Wantirna South opposite Knox City in the white Terrance’s. Committed to providing quality honest service to all our clients always and going beyond expectations.

In this role you will be responsible for:

*Liaising with landlords, tenants and tradespeople 

*Managing rent arrears

*Repairs & maintenance

*VCAT preparation and appearances

*Conduct open homes

*Outgoing Inspections

*Process new tenant applications

In charge of your own growth and income together with support of management. 

With this rare opportunity we are seeking a special full time Property Manager to manage a portfolio in very good order! 

The successful applicant will be a passionate polished property manager with good listening and communication skills, and a strong focus on customer service looking for rewarded performance incentives. Must hold a current Agents Representative Certificate and driver's licence. Strong computer skills with ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
