Due to growth we are seeking a dedicated, passionate property manager who displays a "can-do" attitude and a strong desire to provide utmost service.
The successful candidate will contribute the effective management of a rental portfolio located within close proximity from the office
Duties of this role include;
- Management of daily rental arrears, including issue of Breach Notices
- Conduct routine inspections and preparation of such reports
- Open home viewings including tenancy application processing
- Manage and delegate maintenance between tenant, landlord and tradespersons
- Preparation of lease renew documents including rental review
- Prepare Tenancy Agreements and conduct tenancy inductions
- Managing End of Tenancy, including bond claims
- Preparation and submission of Insurance Claims
Skills and Requirements
- Property Management experience
- Qualification in Residential Property Management, Property Services or similar.
- Reliable car and valid driver's license
- High level of professionalism and enthusiasm
- Follow Protocol and Procedures including completion of in-house checklists
- High level of customer service and excellent rapport building skills
