Due to growth of diverse national portfolio, an opportunity has risen for a Property Leasing Coordinator to join their Retail Operations Team.

Your new role
As the Property Leasing Coordinator you will be reporting directly to the National Leasing Manager. This is a highly-desirable role that will continually challenge your skills and experience and allow you to grow and drive impactful outcomes for both the business and your individual career. You will provide services as mentioned below:

  • Provide lease administrative assistance to the Property team
  • Track and input weekly, outgoings, rental invoices and reviews
  • Stakeholders key department contact point
  • Manage and maintain high customer service and all stakeholder relationships
  • Work closely with the Retail Operations Team
  • Ensure procedures and policies are put in place with ongoing review to achieve continuous improvement in the management of the Property Portfolio
  • General administration of on-going projects and daily tasks as well as managing database that include contacts/landlords/agents

What you'll need to succeed
You will be self-motivated and passionate about what you do with the will and drive to push others to succeed. Additionally you will also require the following:

  • Experience in property administration support role (retail desirable)
  • Sound knowledge on databases and confident to navigate Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Understanding with best-practice management systems
  • Sound analytical and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Driven by exceeding expectations
  • Understanding of the Retail Leases Act 1994
