The Role

Providing high-end and intensive customer service, administrative and organisational support to the Sunnybank office.

The role is varied with aspects of;

  • Managing the open to close process of the office with efficiency
  • Answering incoming calls and greeting our valuable walk in clients
  • Ensuring the office is kept in an immaculate state at all times
  • Administration to support the Appraisal, Listing, Marketing and sales activity
  • Magazines and newspaper advertising
  • Website management
  • Process and follow up potential buyer enquiries
  • Running several property campaigns at a time
  • Preparing legal documentation
  • Organizing photographers
  • Managing diaries
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible
  • Actively participate in all training and development opportunities

The Skills

This role is ideal for someone has a love for property and who would refer to themselves as a perfectionist, and has a love for customer service. This role is of high importance, and you will need:

  • Thorough attention to detail
  • Extremely efficient time management skills
  • First class presentation and communication skills
  • High problem solving and dispute resolution skills
  • Real Estate License (or willing to rapidly commence and complete course)
