Strata Plus is a highly respected, ethical and long established strata management company known for our quality service delivery and personal approach.

Due to the ongoing growth of our Parramatta portfolio we are seeking an experienced strata manager to join our team of highly qualified professionals.

You must have a demonstrated capability in managing large, complex properties and able to successfully work with high profile busy clients who expect nothing less than the best.

Your role will encompass all aspects of service delivery to the client: liaison with committees, owners, agents, specialist and service providers including meeting, compliance, trust accounts and records management. Experience working with building management committees and/or community associations will be highly regarded. Compliance with the law is fundamental and your integrity will be without question.

 

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria;

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing a portfolio of properties and possess a sound knowledge of all relevant legislation
  • You will either have a license, or able to qualify for one within a reasonable time frame
  • Ability to understand and interpret strata and community plans 
  • Capability to chair effective meetings in accordance to all applicable legislation
  • Excellent customer relationship and communication skills (both written and verbal) to build and maintain relationships, solve problems and negotiate effectively
  • Strong Administrative and time management skills coupled with a high attention to detail
  • Well-developed computer skills in MS Word and Outlook
  • Ability to interpret financial data and prepare accurate budgets
  • Possess a positive can-do attitude and is team focussed
