Property Manager
We are a boutique, service-focused agency, specialising in high-end property within the CBD and inner suburbs. We are looking for the right person to join our team, and are open to that being an experienced PM, or someone who’s looking to pursue or develop their career in real estate.
Responsible for a portfolio of approximately 160 properties, the successful candidate will:
- Be motivated, efficient, organised and results-driven
- Be well presented and well-spoken, with high level written and verbal communication skills.
- Be passionate about delivering high quality customer service
- Be able to demonstrate exceptional time management skills and possess an eye for detail
- Be keen to learn and develop their skills in the industry
- Have their Agent’s Representative Certificate and a current police check
- Be in possession of a current Victorian Driver’s license and a reliable car
- Previous experience with Rest Software is advantageous but not essential.
