Our client manages the urban regeneration projects changing the landscape of Sydney for the better, creating new communities, jobs and homes. 

A contract role for approximately three months is on offer for a Project Manager or Development Manager to join the experienced team on a major project in Western Sydney.

You will be based at head office in the Sydney CBD and will be responsible for driving the asset activation and decant of a major institutional facility, reporting into a Development Director.

 This includes convening fortnightly meetings, developing strategies and plans, providing reports for Executive approval and assist in the drafting of Business Cases for governance of Heritage Core; Contract Administration of owned buildings and assist the team with heritage repairs and overseeing external consultants.

It is a fantastic opportunity to work with this highly influencing group and gain experience across regeneration and heritage buildings.
