The role
Day to day your role will include but will not be limited too:  

• Management of 140 properties both commercial and residential 
• Build and maintain relationships with the clients  
• Ingoing, outgoing and period inspections
• Tribunal appearance where required
• Rental reviews and increases 

  
Skills & experience
To secure this role you will need to demonstrate previous experience in a similar field. You will also need to display the following:

• Valid Certificate of Registration, Car and Drivers License
• Excellent Presentation and Communication Skills
• Have the ability to handle a diversity of clientele
• Hold Strong organisation skills
