Your core focus will be to develop and maintain relationships with landlords who have been loyal to us over a considerable amount of time, whilst overseeing the Property Management Team. An important part of this role is to provide an outstanding customer experience to our clients and also grow and mentor our Team.

Your Role: We are really passionate about Property Management and see it as the core to our business. This is a very important role within our Company.
- Mentor, coach & develop the Property Management Team
- Conduct performance meetings ensuring KPI's are achieved
- Continue to build strong relationships with the landlords
- Involvement in improving systems, processes to ensure the business is efficient
- Ensure Company policies & procedures are followed within the Team
- Recruitment, interviewing, on-boarding any new Team members as required
