Our client is a very well known brand within the real estate industry. They have a staff member who has recently moved into a management role and need a new property manager to come in and take over their well serviced portfolio.

This is a rare opportunity to join a company with low staff turnover and a fantastic working culture.There are great systems and processes in place to ensure you feel supported in your role and the management team are super friendly and approachable.

To be successful in this position the following experience is required:

• Previous experience (ideally 2+ years) as Property Manager (Essential)
• Completed Agents Representative Certificate and Full Clean Drivers License (Essential)
• Excellent customer service skills & a high attention to detail
• Impeccable work ethics and presentation

The Role:

• End to end management property management
• Competitive salary of up to $75K + hourly pay for Saturday work or time in lieu - the choice is yours

• Manage well serviced portfolios within the beautiful Eastern Suburbs

We are looking for experienced operators who are extremely well presented, switched on and have impeccable communication skills. You will need to have the ability to liaise with high end investors whilst being organised and able to prioritise your workload.
