Role purpose

The key purpose of the Leasing Executive is to identify, negotiate and finalise leasing deals for a number of our destinations in SA, as well as any new projects within the Vicinity Centres portfolio whilst contributing, building and being an active and integral part of the National Leasing Team.

You will be accountable for creating and implementing strategic plans to optimise the sales performance and centre productivity. The role is key building trusted professional partnerships with our retailers and ensuring successful delivery of key projects in the region.

What will you bring?

You will be an innovative and creative thinker who will have experience as a retail leasing professional with a solid understanding of the retail industry and demonstrate background as a high performing leasing executive. Your commercial focus, exceptional communication skills, relationship building and influencing capability are essential to the role. You will be customer centric and passionate about creating unique and relevant consumer experience that delivers value to our retail partners. Real Estate Licence or registration is essential.
