The Company
Working with a diverse property portfolio from projects to multi-million dollar ocean view properties, this agency are committed to providing their people with learning and development opportunities, and phenomenal team culture.
Your New Role
Diverse role covering Sales, Corporate, Projects and Property Management branding and advertising, you will report to the General Manager and:
- Take care of all corporate branding & sponsorship to increase brand awareness
- Manage online content, including website
- Create and implement media & PR strategy
- Manage all advertising and marketing for sales and property management (including quality control of photography/content)
- Managing external supplier relations and project manage delivery
- Use your initiative to find ways to further promote the brand & agent profiles
- Oversee social media management
- Compile & distribute monthly newsletter
About You
- Real Estate Marketing experience preferred
- Strong admin experience, a can do attitude and incredible attention to detail
- Experience with MyDesktop, Campaign Track or Agent Box will be highly regarded
- A car and license to attend photo shoots
- Longevity in roles
