Based in Hawthorn, Victoria, we are situated in the centre of a buzzing property market. We boast a team of vibrant and diverse individuals, whose skills in the property management and real estate sector continue to drive consistent, strong results for our clients. Due to ongoing success in the Melbourne market, we are now looking for a Property Manager to join our highly skilled and collaborative team.

Role

With energy and skill you will perform the following tasks as part of your role:

• Manage a clean portfolio of 160
• Attending routine inspections
• Organising repairs & maintenance
• Liaise with tenants and landlords
• Attending tribunal when required

Candidate

The success candidate will possess the following:

• Prior Property Management experience
• Agent Representative Certificate
• Excellent presentation and communication
• A team-player attitude with a commitment to succeed
• Minimum 2 years experience
