As a Conveyancing Clerk, you will have experience in similar duties including:

  • Drafting letters and legal documents/contracts
  • Checking title documents to properties
  • Vendor and Purchaser client file management
  • Performing settlements
  • Conducting legal research and processing property searches
  • Liaising with various stakeholders including Real Estate Agents, Banks and Financial Institutions
  • Attending upon clients to sign legal documents
  • Reporting to clients with relevant information

You will use your own initiative, think fast and work on multiple tasks at once. You will be able to find a solution to complex difficulties in a quick time frame.

To be considered for registering your interest for Conveyancing Clerk positions, you will demonstrate the following skills:

  • 2+ years’ experience as an Conveyancing Clerk/Assistant
  • High level of stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suit and ability to learn new systems quickly with ease
  • Ability to multitask while working in an organised and efficient manner
  • Outstanding and professional communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Exceptional personal presentation
  • Team orientated
  • Ability to be one step ahead will see you shine in this role!
  • Must be an Australian Citizen
