The position
This is a busy firm looking for a Senior Associate/Partner to oversee matters and junior practitioners in all industrial relations and employment law issues.
Being a specialist firm, flexibility in the position truly exists which means no expectation of work outside ordinary hours and the role expectation in terms of business development can be adapted to the right person.
The right person
You will be at a senior level in your current firm and be looking for a different path including career growth and progression.
You should be looking for a long term secure position and be confident and equipped to supervise junior practitioners.
