Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking for temporary or contract work?

We at Legal People are looking to invite experienced legal secretaries/assistants to join our existing team of temporary legal support staff.

We have experienced growth in the number of temporary assignments recently, and are looking for experienced Legal Secretaries/Assistants at all levels to support our clients in both short and long term assignments with their specific requirements.
  
No day will ever be the same, your duties will include;

• Preparing Court documents and correspondence
• Diary management
• Travel arrangements
• Reception duties
• Compiling briefs
• Dictaphone typing
• Photocopying filing and faxing
• Monthly billing
• Liaising with all levels of staff
• General administrative duties and much much more!

Skills and experience we'd love ...
To join our 'temp team' you will need to have a minimum of two years legal secretarial experience, ideally within a commercial law firm.  You must also have strong Microsoft office skills, experience with digital dictation and the ability to type quickly and accurately on the job.
