About the role
The Position
The work you will undertake includes Drafting wills, Will Disputes, Succession and Estate Planning, Administration of Deceased Estates, Litigation of Estates, Administration and Guardianship board matters. The successful candidate will work closely alongside the Principal of the firm and play a key role in the delivery of legal services to our clients.
The successful candidate will have:

Clear and concise drafting and preparation of legal document skills

Confidence in managing files with minimal supervision
