Our client is a boutique specialist family law firm, whose lawyers are committed to the provision of the highest quality legal advice in all aspects of family law, together with a genuine concern for their clients and their families.
  
Specialising in Family Law, this firm practices across a wide range of family and relationship issues, including property disputes, child support/maintenance matters, maintenance proceedings, divorce proceedings, separation agreements and property settlements.
  
About the role...
In this interesting role, assisting a busy Senior Associate and two Lawyers, your duties will include:

• typing, editing and proof reading letters, memos, briefs and Court documents
• dictaphone typing
• liaising with clients, lawyers and other staff
• diary management
• organising appointments
• answering telephone enquiries
• other general secretarial and PA duties as required

The ideal candidate will have:

• a minimum of five years previous experience as a Family Law Secretary
• good communication and organisational skills
• good typing and computer skills with strong attention to detail
• a confident, professional approach
• an enthusiastic, proactive attitude
