The firm
We are working closely with a highly regarded mid tier law firm. This firm offers a range of legal services and works with clients across all sectors. This firm prides itself on rewarding staff and encouraging a friendly and inclusive firm culture. 

The role
Is a challenging and rewarding role which will see you working across a wide range of practice groups within the firm. The role would suit either a career float legal secretary or an experienced legal secretary who would like to get a mix of work and matters. Strong communication skills and a flexible approach to work will be key to your success in this role.

Typical duties

• Diary management
• Managing multiple phone lines
• Co-ordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
• Liaising with key clients
• File management
• Drafting and editing correspondence/ documents
• Collating briefs
• Preparing end of month bills
