Join a high performing commercial legal team at our global headquarters.
Working in a team of 12 Lawyers, you will be reviewing, drafting and negotiating for a range of commercial contracts including, outsourcing, IT, telecommunications, property, and procurement. You will be risk management focussed, participate in risk review processes and may be required to update precedents and policies. You will also participate in the IT, property and commercial contracts due diligence and integration phases of mergers and acquisitions (drafting and negotiating documents and agreements), ensuring that we comply with our obligations under current contracts, as well as with applicable laws and regulations in each applicable jurisdiction.
You will bring a solid foundation of experience within commercial law, from a private practice or in an in-house environment, preferably including experience in IT and outsourcing or alternatively, you will have previously worked at a regulated financial institution.
You will also have a commercial approach, good negotiation skills and the ability to work independently in a small team, coupled with the desire to provide excellent client service to a diverse range of internal clients.
