The Role

You'll have the opportunity to join a world class legal firm and work within one of Australia's most highly regarded construction and engineering legal teams.

As a key member of the team you will work with the partners and senior associates in areas such as:

• Assisting in project delivery advice
• Dispute resolution advice including negotiation, mediation and alternative dispute resolution, adjudication, and expert determination
• Preparing litigation documents, including documents for evidence, discovery and expert and barrister briefs
• Assist with business development and marketing initiatives including keeping up to date with recent court decisions and market intelligence for the construction industry.

About You

• PQE 2+ years' within construction practice (Ideally mid-tier/top tier)
• Demonstrated experience working on a range of back end construction matters
• Exceptional client liaison skills
• Excellent analytical, communication and drafting skills
• An energetic, driven and focused individual with exceptional academic achievements
