This privately owned company has built a strong reputation in the construction and building industry. Their in-house legal team provides works on high profile projects in the construction, mining, engineering and transport space.

The Role
  
This dynamic in-house legal team is now looking for a superstar legal secretary to join the ranks.  Reporting to the General Counsel, you will also work closely with other high performing legal counsels and close-knit team of Executive Assistant and paralegals. A strong team focus is encouraged so someone who enjoys working in a fast paced where no two days will be the same will be the perfect addition to this team!

Duties 

• Word processing and document management tasks including reformatting and amending complex documents
• File management – hardcopy and electronic
• Database management
• Extensive diary management including monitoring deadlines
• Email management
• Research tasks

Skills & Expertise

• Experience as a legal secretary in either a private practice law firm or in-house team environment
• Exposure to corporate/commercial, property or construction matters
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities in an action-filled environment 
• A strong team focus and proactive work ethic
• An enthusiastic and can-do attitude
