Who you will be working for:
In this 3rd to 4th year role you will be working with some of Melbourne's most dynamic senior lawyers in a successful mid-tier law firm in Melbourne's CBD. Staff at this firm enjoy coming to work and you will be busy from day one, gaining exposure to some amazing clients.
What you will be doing:
This mid-level role will have you handling a diverse range of advisory matters including Technology, IT law, Telco Law, and a range ofIntellectual Property Law matters such as Trade Marks, etc.
The successful IP / IT Lawyer will need:
- 2-3 years of post admission experience in Intellectual Property Law, Technology Law, or Commercial Law
- A strong interest in the IP / IT area
- Good academics
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
