An exciting new opportunity has arisen at Goodman Group Lawyers for an experienced lawyer in the area of Wills, Estates and Commercial Law.

The Opportunity:
Based in our Cranbourne office, you will provide legal advice in relation to matters including:
- Drafting wills and powers of attorney
- Personal and business succession planning
- Administration of deceased estates
- Probate and grants of representation
- Asset protection strategies
- Testamentary trusts and taxation
- Superannuation/self-managed super funds
The Ideal Candidate:
You will to have a minimum of 2+ years post admission experience. You will have the confidence and ability to work without supervision, and have great organisational skills that will enable you to manage a significant caseload while maintaining a high quality of service to our clients.
