Client Details
Our client is a leading Australian law firm with a banking and finance team which continues to go from strength to strength. An exciting new role has arisen for an accomplished Associate or Senior Associate to join the team.
Description
Working in a friendly team environment with partners awarded for their banking expertise, you will work on a variety of banking and finance matters including corporate finance, property finance, acquisition finance and leveraged finance for a range of lender clients including prestigious banks and financial institutions. Working closely with other teams within the firm, you will have the opportunity to run deals with partner support.
Profile
With 4-7 years PQE as a banking lawyer in a top tier or mid tier firm, you have a passion to continue developing your career in this area. With excellent academics, you have an eye for detail, strong drafting skills and you enjoy dealing with clients and mentoring more junior lawyers.
