Experience required:

• Lawyer or Associate with 1-3 years' PAE and a strong background in corporate law 
• Good technical and drafting skills
• Good communicator 
• Organised with proven time management skills and initiative
• Able to manage a busy caseload and dedicated to providing clients with the best practical solutions
• work across a wide range of corporate matters
