We are looking for a candidate with proven skills in excellent client care with the ability to demonstrate a pleasant but assertive manner. Previous experience working in a telephone role is required along with strong administrative experience. The successful candidate must have strong attention to detail and strong communication skills, both orally and written, having a good command of the English language. Excellent IT skills will be a necessity for this role. 

The role will be based within the CBD, Perth. Attractive hours of work are in place working 7.00am - 3.00pm Monday - Friday. 

Main duties include:

• Managing inbound calls from new clients in a timely customer focused manner, responding to relevant client queries
• Entering new client information into the system and updating records as required
• Follow communication scripts to ensure successful completion of calls and data collection
• Assist in chasing of missing information required from clients
• Identifying client disengagement and liaising with Seniors on appropriate action to take
• Conducting relevant outbound calls to clients at key stages of their case progressing
• General administrative duties including scanning and allocation of post onto the case management system
• Assist in the preparation of court bundles
• Meeting and greeting of any visitors
• Producing documents, briefing papers or presentations as required
• Proactive management of meetings and the facilities
